What types of coworking spaces do you offer?

We specialize in managed office spaces with built in flexibility and customization to meet your company’s needs. From layout to amenities,, we tailor everything to create a workspace that works best for you.

What is the main USP of Olsen Spaces?

Our artfully designed spaces make work inspiring. Thoughtful interiors and smart layouts create an environment where employees feel motivated and excited to come to work.

What size of teams do you provide office spaces for?

We primarily cater to companies with 15 or more employees, offering fully customized managed office spaces. However, for smaller teams of 7–10 employees, we have select properties with pre-designed cabins that are ready to move in. If you’re unsure which option suits you best, let’s chat—we’ll find the right fit for your team!

What amenities are included?

We’ve got you covered with housekeeping, security, high-speed internet, electricity, and power backup—the essentials for a seamless workday. Plus, enjoy amazing coffee and tea in a dedicated pantry area, and a cafeteria space to unwind over lunch. Some of our buildings even have a play area for a quick break!

How long does it take to set up a managed office?

Once the agreement is signed, we collaborate with your team to finalize the layout quickly. After that, we complete the fit-outs and hand over the space within 45 days.

What is the lock-in period?

For a customized space, we require a lock-in period of 2-3 years since we tailor the office layout, furniture, and setup specifically to your needs. This ensures a stable workspace while accounting for the investment made in customization. For pre-designed spaces, the lock-in period is 12 months, as these offices are ready to move in with standard layouts and amenities.

What happens if my team outgrows the space before the end of the lock-in period?

We understand that fast-growing businesses may need more space sooner than expected. That’s why we’ve built flexibility into our lock-in terms. If you outgrow your current space before the end of your lock-in period, we will either provide additional space or help you move to a larger space within our properties.

Do you handle maintenance, facility management, and repairs?

Yes, we take care of all maintenance and facility management to keep your workspace in great shape. Regular wear and tear is covered, but if any damage occurs due to misuse, the client would be responsible for the repairs. If you ever need assistance, we’re happy to help!

What are your operating hours?

We’re open Monday to Saturday, from 9 AM to 7 PM. You’re welcome to access the space beyond these hours, but you’ll be responsible for locking up after yourself.

Is parking available?

Yes, but it depends on the building. Two-wheeler parking is generally available, with allocation based on the designated space for each office. Four-wheeler parking is limited within the premises. However, most of our locations have ample parking available nearby. Please check with us for specific details on your chosen space.
